A: Yes. We offer certified data destruction using tools like DBAN and Blancco. For sensitive data, you can request a Certificate of Destruction.
Q: Do I have to pay for pickup or recycling?
A: Most pickups within Northwest Indiana are free. Some large appliances or business-scale pickups may include a small fee, which we’ll confirm beforehand.
Q: Can you help make my home internet safer for kids?
A: Absolutely. Our “Neighborhood Net Watch” service includes router hardening, guest network setup, and child-safe DNS filtering using services like OpenDNS or CleanBrowsing.
Q: What kind of tech repairs do you offer?
A: We repair phones (screens, batteries, ports), PCs, routers, game consoles, and smart home setups. We also install Ethernet, mesh Wi-Fi systems, and wall-mounted TVs.
